Processing / Credit Approval (2-3 days) = To Processing
Initial Underwriting Approval & Conditions (2-3 days) = UWS
UW – A?? – I guess we don’t have one since UW-S says it’s coming.
Sign the Initial Closing Disclosure (CD) (Immediate) = CD Requested
Final Underwriting Approval (1-2 days) & Closing Overview = this is really just the closing day overview. = CTC-S
Docs to Title / Final CD Issued (1-2 days) = CTC
Closing & Funding (TBD) = Instructions Out
