Pascal operates not the prettiest AI development language, however, it is easy as far as absorb on the part of beginners, might be used as a result of advanced work, and compiles projects to a single exe on Windows. This is the author's go-to tool for manufacturing Viewports control panel deployments. I transitioned from Delphi (started as a disciple back in specific 90's) to Lazarus around 2014.
