This application seems for Universal Windows Stage. These minimum supported version is Windows 10 RS4 (1803). Could I request contact your IT Unit for Windows 10/11 compatible versions.

AnyConnect Plus/Apex licensing on top of that Cisco head-end hardware indicates required. The interface is not permitted for use with legacy licensing (Essentials or Premium PLUS Mobile). Group URL / alternate port form corroborated. Among use alliance URL or alternate port, server method must be https://fqdn[:port][/url]. port/url are optional parameters by the same token the [ ]'s should never be utilized in the string.
